Intro
Life is hard enough, isn't it? But there are plenty of things we can do to ease the difficulties we face that are within our control. That’s why I created this space to give us all a healthy outlet rooted in camaraderie and provide fun products within my store.
Why This Blog Exists
My family is filled with healthcare professionals, from my great grandmother, who was an LPN, to myself and three of my cousin's becoming nurses. Compassion is in our nature. Growing up, I witnessed the difficulties that chronic illnesses bring to people's lives. The stress, fatigue, and search for solutions are all too familiar. I've also experienced these challenges personally. I deal with recurrent depression and understand the effort and resilience needed to be present for ourselves. This blog will provide practical advice along with poems and shared stories from our new community. Most importantly, it serves as a reminder that you are not alone.
